  • If courier services are not available in your location, we will use Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost to deliver your order.
  • Order dispatch time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders, based on ongoing promotions or bulk purchases.
  • Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location.
  • Express Delivery: Available for select locations at an additional cost, ensuring faster shipping.
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment through our website or the courier service provider’s website.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days from payment confirmation.
  • In case of unforeseen delays, customers will be notified via email or phone.
  • Orders may be split into multiple shipments if different products have different processing times.

6. Delivery Issues & Failed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or any other reason, the courier service may attempt re-delivery.
  • If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
